Be the operational hub of our support team — logging and triaging tickets, coordinating on-site appointments, managing SLAs, and keeping our service workflows running smoothly.
Install and service structured cabling, fiber optic, commercial AV, access control, and surveillance systems at client sites throughout the Fredericksburg region and surrounding areas.
Create behind-the-scenes social media content — including Reels — alongside our field technicians on real low voltage and IT installations. Help educate and engage a public audience around the technology we install and support.
